flower essences hold the energetic blueprint of the flower we are working with, extracted in water via the sun. taking in the essence informs the water in our body on how to move in more expanded ways. specifically it opens up new neural pathways in the brain.

flowers are the peak expression of the plant, the closest that the plant will be to god. working with flowers brings us closer to the god of our own heart. i’ve been working with the flowers for the last 7+ years. they are an absolute joy in my life. truly one of the most potent forms of plant medicine. they work on the energetic and spiritual bodies, affecting the physical reality much more quickly than if we work the issue from the material realm first. there’s a saying: “as above, so below” but i like to think of it as “as above, THEN below.” if we work that above space (spirit) then the below space (mind + body) has no other option but to follow. the flower essences work in that above space helping us to rewire our neural network in the physical.

in january of this year i was trained as a frequency therapist by penelope loftus, a new modality on planet for wholeness that was channeled by pennie from her guides in 2012. working with your cosmic astrology chart, giving us a body map to play your specific "soul song" along your inner solar system energy centers. during a session certain planets will step forward telling a story to aid you in your evolution. looking forward to sharing this amazing new frequency work with you all!

i have this deep curiosity to know. to figure it out. to understand. my gift is such that i can truly see the mechanics behind how energy is flowing (or not flowing) in and around your field. at our core i believe we all just want to be seen, validated, and heard. using my 8+ years of intuitive training we look at how you are showing up energetically in present time, what is working for you (truth) and where there is stuck foreign energy (non-truth) in your field.

this is a new in-person offering. i’ve been playing around with the ampcoil for the last two years and it’s a game changer. frequency energy medicine however is not something i’m new to and have been working with this modality for the last 10+ years of my healing journey. i’m happy to have finally made this investment and to be able to share it with you all. in a session i will use applied kinesiology to select the right program for you (and share anything else that may come up).
